My stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm was enjoyable, marked by excellent service and modern facilities. However, the dining experience during the gala dinner left something to be desired, and I felt the breakfast service sometimes struggled with the full capacity of the hotel.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the spacious and stylish rooms. although the beach was disappointing due to its rocky nature. The hotel's location is a plus, with easy access to nearby amenities, yet the poolside service left much to be desired.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm. The food at the restaurants was good, and I enjoyed the room I stayed in. However, I encountered some issues with the check-in process and found the pool area to be under construction, which was disappointing.

While I enjoyed the food and some staff's friendliness, the experience was marred by the disappointing room situation and the beach facilities. I had expected a beautiful sea view, but what I got was more akin to a construction site view. Overall, it was not quite the luxurious experience I had hoped for.
I enjoyed the unique, modern style of the hotel with its beautiful views and attentive staff. However, I was disappointed by some service aspects and the beach experience, which felt very crowded and more like a public area than a private retreat.
