The comfy beds met my expectations. The hotel provided plenty of water and a mini bar with soft drinks replenished daily.
the bedside power point wasn't working. i reported it to reception, and it was not repaired, nor did i ever hear back from anybody. so, for me, it was a bad experience.

the hotel provided excellent amenities. the beach and pool area were spacious. breakfast offered a variety of choices. the staff demonstrated amazing service.

The location was fantastic for exploring (I found it easy to get around!). The hotel's private beach was a big plus. I enjoyed the warm water. My room was beautiful. the hotel provided very complete infrastructure with its great gym, spa, and swimming pools!
I found the pool area a bit crowded at times, made finding available loungers slightly challenging.

The breakfast buffet offered varied options daily. There was even a live masala dosa station, a very nice touch. The team was helpful and courteous.

The hotel is on the trunk of the Palm. I found it directly opposite the Nakheel Mall and The View tower. This location was convenient for accessing local attractions and enjoying the surrounding area.

The room had a problem. there was a strange smell, like it had been closed up. even with the air conditioning running all the time, the smell didn't go away. it also wasn't great. The view from the room was just of another building very close by.

I FOUND the staff consistently AMAZING. They remembered it was my first breakfast and gave a tour. The buffet was HUGE with fresh options. The room was PERFECTLY equipped and spacious. Housekeeping was great and prompt with fresh towels.
The monorail was not working so every trip out was by taxi and at the busier times this was very slow due to one road in and out of the road out of the palm

The location of the hotel is convenient. The staff was very helpful and polite, which I appreciated. The rooms were cleaned daily with GREAT detail. The food was diverse, with different OPTIONS available.
My room view was not what I hoped for, overlooking another building that was quite close.
